to recurring member dividends.
Each member's dividends are calculated based on their total revenue-generating activity, including
a percentage of their referrals' activity.

How It Works
Earning dividends is automatic for active Upsides members.
1. Join Upsides
As soon as you start your Upsides Premium membership,
you become eligible to earn dividends.
You'll continue to earn these dividends for as long as you maintain your Upsides membership.
2. Use & Refer!
Your share of the regular dividend is calculated based on your total revenue-generating activity.
This includes your membership fee and any other platform service (current of future) or product you buy
through the platform.
10% of the revenue generated by your referrals
is also factored in to your share of dividends.
3. Receive Your Dividend
At regular intervals, we pay out your accrued dividends.
